Upgrade Your Caraters

Your Caraters (only applicable for GIA Certified matching pairs) can be traded in for any pairs of GIA Certified Caraters featured on our website (www.caraters.com). Trade–in is subjected to availability and no cash refunds. This will only be applicable for another pair of Caraters with a higher price, the difference in value will be payable to us via bank transfer.

For customers who are interested in upgrading your Caraters, you may drop an email to info@caraters.comstating the following information and we will contact you within 3 working days:

2. The choice of Caraters that you wish to upgrade to

Customers will have to return their items in their original packaging with certificates and original proof of purchase. If the product is damaged or shows signs of alteration, we reserve the right to decline the trade-in. Once the items are checked and accepted, an official email will be sent to confirm the acceptance and the balance is payable towww.caraters.com via bank transfer within 3 days. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customers.

Restoration

Our Caraters customers will enjoy jewelry polishing, 18k fine gold restoration & plating service for the purchased items at an exclusive member’s price. Customers can return the items in their original packaging with original proof of purchase for the restoration. Shipping costs will be borne by the customers.
