While we take utmost effort to ensure photographs uploaded on caraters.com are the best representations of the physical item, there may be slight variations in actual colour, size and design due to photography techniques, lighting and screen resolution.

As a customer of caraters.com, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any information you provide on this website will not be resold, transferred or disclosed willingly to unrelated entities unless required by law. All information gathered is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of business.

Members of caraters.com mailing list will receive exclusive updates to our products, discount codes, promotions and services, which we think may be useful to you.

Exchange Policy

All sales on caraters.com are final. To ensure customer peace of mind, caraters.com offers a one-time exchange for items that have manufacturing defects.

Upon receipt of items, customers of caraters.com are granted a 30-day exchange policy for goods deemed to have manufacturing faults. This policy is not applicable to defects made known to customers before the sale. In addition, defects from wear and tear are not covered under this policy.

Examples of manufacturing faults include (but not exhaustive):

Stones not properly secured

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags, stickers and original proof of purchase to qualify for exchange. If the product shows signs of wear, use or alteration from its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the request. We require the above conditions to be duly met before we can process your exchange.

caraters.com does not offer exchanges due to unsuitability.

Return shipping to caraters.com for alteration is the responsibility of the customer.
